Feldenkrais

While usually conducted on the floor, to take weight off the skeleton, Olga has been demonstrating a sit-up and walking version. She has been using a model to explain the basic underlying bio-mechanics of the process :

The Walk and Wonder Group started at 2005 - the first program of U3A in Seymour. It is still going well, with the enthusiastic leadership of Lesley Dalziel.  Here they are enjoying a cold walk in May 2019.
